A quick read before you book — these keep every event great for you, the space, and our neighbors. All ages are welcome.
- Event bookings are available after 3:00 PM only.
- Maximum occupancy is 117 guests. Include all attendees, vendors, and staff in your guest count.
- No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products inside the building or near entrances.
- We offer on-site catering and encourage our in-house catering for the freshest food and the most seamless event. Outside catering may be permitted with prior approval.
- Use of the commercial kitchen is available with prior approval. Leave all equipment clean and as you found it.
- Furniture and tables may be rearranged — return everything to its original layout before checkout.
- Decorations are welcome. No nails, screws, staples, glitter, or confetti — nothing that can damage walls, furniture, or floors.
- Music is welcome through the built-in sound system. Keep noise reasonable for neighboring businesses, especially when arriving and departing.
- Children are welcome and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No open flames, candles, fireworks, or fog machines without prior approval.
- Dispose of all trash in the provided bins and leave the space in good condition.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their event.
- Respect your scheduled booking time, including setup and cleanup, so the space is ready for the next reservation.
